As I worked on this linocut, I learned that there are different species of raspberries and the leaves look different. This linocut is Wild Rocky Mountain Raspberry, or‍ Rubus deliciosus. I sure love raspberries, and whenever I see wild berries I imagine being a bear and lounging among the bushes eating every one of them.

The Wild Raspberries linocut print is 9” x 12,” and the paper is 11” x 15.” It is printed on Stonehenge Pearl Gray paper with shades of green ink and a little red gouache in an edition of 20.
