Black Bears live in the Rocky Mountains, and we even see them roaming my town, Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Black Bears are wonderful, smart and playful.

The Black Bear is an original linocut on Rives BFK paper printed with black ink and painted with gouache in a small edition of 20 prints. It’s also beautiful as a black and white print without the added color, just let me know if you’d like it that way! The image is 18 x 24 inches and the paper is 22 x 30 inches.
